Who provides the app
Flouri Sudoku is provided by Flouri App Limited (England and Wales, company number 17181240). If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies.
Free to play
Flouri Sudoku is free to download and play. The free version includes Beginner to Hard puzzles and shows ads after some completed puzzles, as described in the privacy policy.
Supporter
Supporter is an optional one-off purchase, not a subscription. It is billed once by Apple or Google and does not renew. It currently includes Expert and Fiendish puzzles (once Hard is unlocked), no ads, unlimited hints, catch-up on missed daily puzzles and a "Fill notes" button. You can restore it on another device signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account, using Settings → Supporter → Restore purchases.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We may add to or change what the app and Supporter include over time, but we will not take away what Supporter unlocks for those who have bought it, other than for reasons outside our control (for example, if the app has to be withdrawn).
Earned items
Stationery boxes, ink drops and collected items are earned by playing. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and they have no cash value.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
